reVITALIZE – Stretch 101

We all have experienced the euphoric feeling after a good stretch, but did you know that properly stretching also helps to improve physical endurance, mental performance, and helps to relieve stress?
There are many techniques for stretching in general, but they can be ineffective and even harmful when performed incorrectly.
What you will learn:
- Stretching with proper alignment for safety and maximum efficiency
- How to use props such as therapy balls, straps, and/or bolsters for hard to reach places
- How to recognize and prevent over-stretching and straining
